The lady is suffering from very small and growth retarded baby. I did her sonography 30 days back and found that she is carrying a very small for gestational age baby with very less amniotic fluid. I could not identify any defect as the fluid was very less. Two days earlier she had an ultrasound at her city and the baby was alive with 999 gms at 28 weeks pregnancy. I planned to put steroid and deliver the baby today as they came to me today( with their consent of grave consequences of the baby’s life) But today when I did the sonograhy ,the baby is dead. I convinced them for blood sampling and did fetal blood sampling from fetal heart. We will do the karyotyping and infection status. ( any more investgation? suggested by anybody…..)

The persong married another lady( B) ( accompaning them),this woman is of 32 yrs .

They come to me for testtube baby procedure, using the eggs of (B). But he B is suffering from Polycystic ovarian disease and hirsute. Chances of pregnancy is usually less in Poly cystic Ovarian disease( PCOD), but we get good number of eggs.

A is without periods but having good uterus,but not willing to undergo any sort of treatment as she was frustrated by earlier treatment

I convinced them that I will use both A and B’s uterus for embryo transfer.

So retrieved eggs of B and made 4 blstocysts

We transferred two in each on 16.1.2011

Let us see what happens…….

I did a cesarean section on a woman 60 yrs old ( oldest of my egg donation patient)
She conceived by egg donation IVF and delivered a preterm female child on 21st October 2011 . Both the mother and child are doing well………..
